Farmers- From 2009-10 to 2012-13, the average annual growth rate in agriculture and allied activities was around 3.9% while the average annual growth rate during the first four years of the NDA regime was 2.52%. The aggregate average growth of the MSP (all crops) during the UPA II rule was 11.28%, while that under the NDA government has been 4.91%.
Youth- CMIE report says that 1.1 crore jobs were lost in 2018. Instead of providing 2 crore jobs, the govt is not even able to sustain the current ones.
Women- Cases under “crime against women” category reported an increase of 2.9% in 2016. Rape cases have reported an increase of 12.4% from 2015 to 2016. According to a survey by Thomson Reuters Foundation, India was rated as the world’s most dangerous country for women due to high risk of sexual violence
